Our Caregivers
At Visiting Angels we understand that providing our clients and their families with trustworthy, compassionate, and professional caregivers is an essential component in providing the kind of quality services we expect and our clients deserve. 

Along with a multiple interview process, Visiting Angels conducts an intensive personality assessment and an extensive background check on all of our prospective employees. Our process includes a criminal history check, along with personal and professional reference checks. 

Upon hire with Visiting Angels, all caregivers complete a comprehensive orientation and introduction. This orientation establishes a foundation for a clear understanding of Visiting Angels philosophies, policies, office staff, procedures, and expectations. Each caregiver benefits from ongoing training classes, employee recognition, and the devoted consciousness that they are an invaluable part of our team.

We understand that every family approaches us with a unique situation and their own set of expectations. We feel it is our role to provide the most qualified caregivers available to facilitate each one of our client’s individual needs.
