Christine and all,
From all of us in the XXXXXXX family, we want to express our sincere appreciation and gratitude to Visiting Angels for the wonderful care of our Mother during these past few years. Your kindness and understanding of what we have gone through and continue to deal with will never be forgotten. All of your caregivers were wonderful and professional even when times had been extremely difficult with family issues as well as dealing with Mom. We will be forever grateful to the Visiting Angels for her care helping us through these difficult times.
Mom has declined much more and is now if the last stage of dementia since moving her to XXXXXX in March. She is wheel-chair ridden as she has forgotten how to walk.
She no longer knows many of her family or friends. She still enjoys our visits and we have learned how to communicate better with her during this stage. Being around the other residents she does enjoy. She was always so social and still likes it. She forgets how to eat every now and then and they have to feed her - or we do when we visit. We have learned much about this decease and how terrible it is.
Take care and know what you all are doing is so much needed and so well appreciated.

Dear Visiting Angels,
We all want to express our appreciation to the many kind and thoughtful staff members who cared for Dad and made it possible for him to live on his clearly held wish to remain at home. We know what a challenge it is to provide 24 hour care. We also want to thank you for all you did to enrich his life.
With Best Regards,
Our Family

To Whom It May Concern:
In January of 2005, I hired Visiting Angels to help provide 24 hour care for Maria, an elderly woman who suffered a stroke and had recently come home from the hospital.
Our needs were urgent and complex. Maria’s caregiver had been up for 24 hours, so we needed help as soon as possible. Maria lived in a remote, wooded area in Boulder Creek and we needed skilled and experienced caregivers due to her delicate condition. Visiting Angels responded quickly and professionally to meet our needs.
Director Jeanette Pagliaro proved to be a compassionate and hard working individual and was invaluable in getting us the help we needed. I am extremely grateful for the quality care Visiting Angels provided in our time of need.
Sincerely,
Steve
Hello Jeanette,
Thank you for all your help. I was very comfortable and felt more secure with my caregiver here, than I would have alone. Your organization does wonderful work and as I said before, I will tell everyone how much I enjoyed working with you.
Thank you again,
Ruth
Visiting Angels,
Thank the Lord for people like you who are there for people like me- We appreciate all that you do.
Enjoy,
Tony and Vickie
Good Day,
Thanks so very much for my two Angels!
Victoria
Visiting Angels,
Thank you for being so accommodating the weekend Dad was in the hospital. Everything seems to be fine now. They diagnosed it as a seizure… He is now on anti-seizure medication and back to his regular routine.
Sincerely,
Karen
Visiting Angels,
Thank you so much for coming over and explaining your Homecare Program for us. We are not sure when Tom will be calling you for assistance but its so nice to know your out there for us!
Many Thanks
Dear Nita,
On behalf of our son and our family, we are writing to thank you and Visiting Angels for bringing Rebecca into our home as a caregiver. Due to our son's developmental disabilities, he is difficult to understand but – “Becca” listened to him and understood everything he said from her first visit to her last.
Throughout her duties with my son, Rebecca was a true professional. Her work ethic, wonderful personality, and attention to details were exemplary. She is trustworthy and we were completely comfortable having her in our home.
We appreciate that you gave us advance notice that Rebecca is moving on to a new position with Visiting Angels. This is helpful in preparing our son to adapt to a new caregiver. We also appreciate that you brought the new person to be introduced while Rebecca was here to help establish the new relationship.
Our son is already very comfortable with the change and is looking forward to his first visit with Deanna. I should say poor Deanna has big shoes to fill. But, we can see that she is up to the task.
While our son is ready to move forward, I am not sure my will ever be the same without Becca’s weekly fresh made from scratch salsa and soft tacos. Perhaps our son can help dad through this transition.
You have done an excellent job of carefully matching our son with caregivers who share his happy spirit and for this we are very grateful. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Mary
